Our approach is primarily guided by motivational and psychological empowerment models. These topics may include, but are not limited to, managing conflict, increasing productivity, strengthening consumer engagement, team-building, and improving workplace satisfaction.

It’s important for all businesses to understand mental health issues that can impact their business. That is why we provide mental health awareness training to empower and educate your organization.
This training package provides different classes that teach members of your organization to recognize and respond to a variety of mental health crises. For example, we offer Psychological First Aid Training, which equips your organization with the knowledge and skills needed to intervene in the event of a major event (i.e. disaster or terrorism), that can immediately impact the collective mental well-being of members within your organization. Another example is our Disability Awareness and Accommodation Training, which increases awareness of and facilitates the implementation of federal laws aimed at supporting disabled persons working within your organization.
