Francis Madera is the Media and Promotions Director for the Consultation Tower.  She is a New York State Certified Bilingual School Psychologist, who has practiced as a School Psychologist in New York City and Rockland County, NY.

Her education and professional background has given her a unique and effective approach to behavioral health.  She has worked with a population of children and families that comes from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Her range of experience gives her a foundation of knowledge and skills that can be valuable to all communities.

Francis’s experiences can be attributed to her extensive graduate training, which included completing the clinical and Bilingual Extension requirements in the Master of Science Program in School Psychology at Touro College.
